Need Carb Id

I've been looking for some older Autolite carbs for an Offy 3 x 1 application based upon what I have read on the forum. Recently came accross a couple for what I thought was a reasonable price. Theyare marked on the base as "C3UFG", are configured for manual choke and are about 1 7/16 inch at the bottom opening at the butterfly. There was an indication that they may have come from a Falcon. Can someone help with what I've got.

Howdy Back:

I find no listing for a "C3UFG".

There is a C3YF-G. It is listed for '63 Comet with a 170 engine and an auto trans. It will have a 1.1" venturi and is flow rated at 150 cfm.

Thanks for the feedback. I Doubled checked the carbs before I responsed to make sure of the numbers just in case I misread. Both have the above numbers stamped on the base as well as the original ID tags stamped with that number that are screwed to the top and both tags have the Oval FOMOCO stamp. One even has an FOMOCO in the OVAL embossed on the body of the carb. Got any ideas of where to point me next. Hate to spend any money on them until I know if I can use the on the Offy, and if they will, I'd like to get a couple more. With the diameter the at the butterfly (1 7/16) the same as the later model 1100 (for automatics) that I have on my 65, Would the CFM be close or the same. Again, appreciate any help and guideance I can get.

I have a WHOLE BUNCH of Harley Davidson CV carbs (80's and 90's bikes)-

wanna try three of them?

80 cubes x 3 = 240 cubes.

sounds like a good match!

As my knowledge level on carbs is 1 on on as scale of 10, and 10 is knowing what you doing. I'll PM you on details and questions.

Howdy back Stan:

The Autolite 1100s have two fixed internal dimensions that vary with application- venturi and throttle bore.

They have several other adjustments that also vary with application- float level, jet size, Low speed air screw, accelorator pump lever.

You can mix and match the combination of three so long as the two outside carbs are similar. The middle carb can be different from the end two. Tune it for start up, idle and off idle transition. All three must be tuned for higher rpm and WOT- much easieer.

Any combination of three will give you more than enough CFM for all but the ripest 200s.

1100 cfm by engine size-
144- 1.0" venturi - 130 cfm
170- 1.1" venturi- 156 cfm
200- 1.1" Venturi- 185 cfm
