Need help on 223 crankshaft

My crankshaft is already 040 under with a spun bearing. Nobody local in Massachusetts can/will weld it and regrind it. Does anyone have a source for crank kits? My alternative is to ship it out - very heavy and expensive!

If I remember right there were .050 over bearing made
