Anyone know where to get some? Mine keep loosening up and then the pan starts to leak! :x :x I tried some blue loctite on them last time but it didnt do any good....

I figured trying some new pan bolts and some more blue loctite?

If nothing else, I thought some hardware store stainless bolts and some star washers?

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Doug

Hey, mine came with three different styles: correct size, too long and metric forced in. Gotta be a solution out there.

:D :D :D

Bolt holes are all right, just the bolts with the integral lock washer seems to be wore out :(

I'll have to look in my shop, I think the stainless bolt set I got from Marco a couple of years ago has all the stainless allen head pan bolts...

Are star washers better than lock washers I presume?

I tightened the pan up today and drove it 50 miles....not a drop of oil on the floor! :D :D :D

Now just to keep it tightened up....

Later,

Doug

If they're available small enough, those two-part locking washers JW mentioned, might be the go. The ones with opposing little ramps.

Belleville washers, maybe? I can't recall for sure.
