I see a solution. Textured Jet-Hot that emulates header wrap.

Silver? Heck ... How about copper? It's one of the Jet-Hot options. Check it out!

Gotta love some of those options, huh?



And what about actually using something metallic and textured to wrap the tubes instead? It would have to be a tape made from fine strand, woven steel wires. They'd have to be solidly bonded to the header tubes so they wouldn't shift at all under the coating because that would destroy it all.

It'd be costly, but unique.

For what its worth, I like the blue. When I was a kid I admired the mass of twisted pipes on like the 60's formula cars all painted white (I know you can't get this.) Anyway I really like that look but I know if I did it they would stay white for like 5 minutes then I would regret it. So I think blue & black are good options for the rest of us.
