this guys selling oem oil pans on ebay for ,50 and 15 sh ordered one there bare steel not painted new pans beats the 150 ive seen them for
auction # 400052385280, hes sold 22 of them so far with no complaints my ols ones got a dent like some kid took a baseball bat to it
 
I bought a couple of them from him. Very nice NOS pan. Has the Ford stamp if you're concerned about that...

I used one on my 170, it has an extra bend in the sump that didn't match my original pan but the pickup fit and it cleared the crossmember and steering which is all I cared about.

He ships fast, and they were well packaged!
 
Thanks for the heads up. I bought one this morning to replace the tattered pan on the tri power engine. I straightend it up with a 2x4 the best I could where it looked like it had bottomed out a few times and the drain plug was an over size repair that continues to leak Even with a new gasket.
 
I recieved my pan today just as advertised OEM new including the oil plug he has 33 more on ebay for 50 each im buying another one may never use it but good to have a spare,, wish he would put other 6 parts on
