oil pressure,have any of you shimmed the relief spring

i need some help?? what is your expertice on oil pressure for a modified 200. what is the stock pressure from a stock pump with a fresh engine? do you recommended to shim the relief spring.125 or ???
i plan to turn this engine to 6000 rpm but do not want camshaft or distributor gear wear. your help would be greatly welcome.
