I have a 200 with a webber dgv 32/36 and i can't seem to get this dialed in. it runs fine and idles good but is smelly. smells like unburned gas. Hot plugs, high test gas, new tune, still smells. It never smelled with the 1 barrell but it didn"t go either. goes good with the webber. i also run a header. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, according to Weber the fuel pressure should not exceed 4 psi. They recommend a pressure regulator between the carb and the fuel pump. Holly makes an regulator that is adjustable from somewhere like 1 to 4 lbs.

Now, on the other hand, I have heard of many people with the same carb not needing the regulator. Personally, I have the same issue that you do. My exhaust smells mighty rich (although my plugs don't seem to be showing a rich condition).

I was planning on trying the regulator, but after I get my carb adjusted (which unfortunatly has been on hold for the last month or so since I started a new job and have had no free time).

I don't have any problems currently with my 32/36 however, just as cfmustang said, these Weber carburators like about 4psi. Could also help with tuning, especially if your stock mechanical pump is putting out 5-8 psi.
