Part numbers needed for cross referance

I am trying to locate a flexplate/flywheel and a starter for an 82 250 crossflow C4 combination. I blieve it is reffered to as the XE carburetted engine.
Could someone supply me with the Ford part numbers so that I can cross referance them to a local supplier in the US.

157 tooth zero balance C4 flexplate, as found on Mavericks with a 250. That should work!

Starter can be subbed with a small block PMGR type for longer life.
