Performance intakes for Crossflow?

I'm getting geared up to adapt a Crossflow head to a US200 or US250. Right now, the main piece I'm missing is the intake manifold. Ideally, I'd like to use a 4-barrel carb, but I don't really know too much about what's out there for the Crossflow.

First off, how much improvement would a good aftermarket intake be over the stock 2V intake? I plan on sticking with stock valves and a mild (260-270) cam. I know a stock 2V from the junkyard will be my cheapest option, but will this hinder performance too much? Is there such a thing as a 4V intake for the Crossflow?

This is the manifold that im using
Its for an iron head x flow

ok, thats a sexi intake.. what brand of manifold is that i have a red line 4 barrle manifold for the alloy head and the runners look different, i know that the cast iron head runs water just near number 2 intake.

*** ultra flow limited sprint manifolds, are spose to flow good, but i have never seen one performe as good as what the makers claim.

Thanks
I make love to it every night
The manifold is a redline item.
What are you doing with the alloy head manifold :?:

currently its sitting on my work bench at work .... im not sure if ill use it ever again , i was thinking how a 425 imco straight gas carb would go on it so i might keep it for a later project but not sure
