port divider broke free

Will a rattleing port devider make her run realy shakey in drive. today i heard it rattleing and my performance droped, expessially at low speeds. what do you guys think. Its extremely shakey and vacume is not constant. it fluxuates between 15-17 good for my altitude except that it fluxuates.

Mine is rattling (until I drill some set screws into the head), but I didn't notice a performance difference. I have a fluctuating vacuum like yours, but I think it's the cam I installed at the same time. I'll know for sure when I get the car back on the road.
