This x-mas i plan do alot of performace mods to my 200. I will be adding-

69 flatop head- everything done to it in the Ford Falcon Performance handbook
3-1bbl
roller rockers 1.6 ratio
9.5:1 Compression

How much horses do you think i can crank out of that? Later on i hope to add a bigger cam.

You've got a good head. Sounds like you're going to pack a big charge into the cylinders.

What are you doing about exhaust and ignition?

Your right about the cam for the future. It will let the engine breathe.

I have headers on right now and i plan to run electronic ignition with a MSD box.
