Prestolite Ignition?

I just acquired an electronic ignition conversion kit and module for $15. It actually says "Montgomery Ward's" on the package, but the fine print says made by Prestolite for MW's. Since my '70 Maverick has points, I'm going to install this thing, as well as a hotter coil on my 250, unless anyone knows of major malfunctions caused by Prestolite ignitions. The whole thing is NIB. Any warnings from the gurus? :

Thanks for the info. The unit is still in the blister package, and all the instructions appear to be there, so I'm going to hook it up.
