Pushrod spinning really fast

I pulled the rocker cover on one of my stock 200s to investigate what sounds like a top end tapping noise. While it's running, all of the pushrods are spinning as they should except for one which is spinning ridiculously fast. Is this a sign of something not properly adjusted? It has non-adjustable rockers but I have some spare adjustables that I was planning on throwing on there, and seeing if maybe it's just a preload issue. The motor runs great other than the slight tapping noise, and has about 40 pounds of oil pressure hot.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Welcome aboard. I would remove the rocker arm assembly & compare that pushrod to the others for wear or being bent.
Is that the rocker arm making noise??? Is there any wear on that rocker arm to cause that condition.

I couldn't tell if that was the rocker arm making noise, it didn't seem to be louder with the rocker cover off. Nothing seemed loose but I didn't get very far into it. I'll pull the rocker assembly off in the morning and inspect it and the pushrods for wear.
Thanks!
