Question on horsepower - 200 cid

Hello!

I’m in the process of building my 200 motor for my 66 mustang and just wondering how much horsepower my motor will make after completing the following modifications:

• Later cylinder head with 1.75" intake valves, three angle valve job
• 9.2 compression ratio
• DUI Ignition
• Clay Smith 264/264-112 performance cam
• 289 valve springs
• Double roller timing chain
• 2v adaptor with Autolite 2100 287 cfm
• 2” dual exhaust system

I would have to guess about 145 at the flywheel.

I had a pretty similar setup at one time, never had it on the dyno, BUT I took it to the track. It was good for 17 second passes, but there were several other members that were faster with about the same stuff. I would probably agree with 64falconsix or maybe a little less.

8) depending on your tuning skills, you can get about 145, maybe 150 with that combo.
