94 f150 300, EFI. I'm figuring that to create a turbo system for it would be some pretty extensive work and I'd most definately have to junk or have expensive work done to my computer, any input would be great.

In regard to your computer look at megasquirt. It is a DIY efi system that is completely customisable. It can even control your spark package so you can run distributorless. They cost about $200 and you can't beat them.
some of the 2.3L guys are sticking them in gutted OEM cases to make it real sneaky...plus then no need to make up a harness.
