Quick 250 engine question...

Quick question, on 250 sixes....Could one build a better clutch combo using 289 aftermarket parts?
In other words, could a billet flywheel (0 balance) hi-po presure plate and disc and a Lakewood bellhousing for a 289 be used on a 250?????
