My radiator started leaking where no radiator should leak, so it got replaced (2 row). The cap that was on the old radiator was rated at 16 psi. This seems high to me. Can any one recommend the proper PSI rating for a new cap? engine is a 200, no AC, 3spd. thanks, Bob

I think 13 psi is stock, I'm running a 16psi on my 3-row with no problems so far. If your old radiator was in bad shape, it is possible that 16psi would cause the radiator to spring a leak.

What about a 6-8 psi for a 4 row rad? I got a 16psi but I'm having 2nd thoughts if it will work fine. :?
