thats one messed up situation to be in lol, but hey I ran my 200six on H for 4 weeks and a head gasket finally blew:|, pretty tought motors if you ask me.. if I didnt ream her she might have still been okay to run hot.. almost everytime I shut it off something was smoking lol

Thanks guys for the replies. I will be going with the aluminum.

Marc how did you modify the hoses so they would fit. I believe the stock ID is 1.25" and the ones in the aluminum rad are 1.5".
Any ideas???

Alex-
I ordered my rad online from Billy Graham Racing (Big End Radiator) and I got the smallest one which I beleve was 19 x 21 inches, and told him which side the in/out tubes were on, and the diameter of the hoses. I think the upper and lower tubes are not the same diameter. I think they come in many setups. I am working tonght so I won't be able to check the dimensions on mine until tomorrow AM. If you go with them, you need to know on the Big End Radiator there is no drain stopcock and no internal tranny cooler, hence all the "fun" plumbing projects!
