How come I now have to sign in to view this forum?
I can understand Town Square as a closed forum, but not this one

It was a slight change of policy, attempting to encourage more people to participate; once they're signed in it's easier to post or reply.

Early days yet. You know me; I can stretch a grand economic theory and wrap it around stuff like this, am but trying to stay open-minded for once! Seriously, would you like it changed back? Anyone else got an opinion?

Think all the action must be in the new "Town Square". I don't visit there on principle.

To tell the truth Addo, it doesn't worry me having to log on or not, it was just a surprise. I guess I'm just used to skimming the forums when I have a minute spare. Now I need to have 2 minutes spare.

Principle is a wonderful thing....... in principle.
