Small 6 Balancing Questions

O.K. Gents. Here is what I have.

A 250ci fully worked over that needs to be ballaced. I do have the flexplate as well as thw 2v harmonic ballacer which are both 0 ballanced. Now, I am adding a custom one off 31-1 trigger wheel to the balancer in order to run the edis and ms. My question to you folks is this. Can I get the rotating assembly ballanced and then the harmonic balancer ballanced once I fabricated it back to zero balance or do I need to ballance the entire rotating assembly all at once? I could do this but it will require more time as I have to assemble and then re-assemble to ballance and then assemble again. Any info would be appreciated.

For the balancing to be effective, you need to balance the entire rotating assembly, balancer through flywheel.

8) what tony said. get the index ring installed as you want it, then have the entire assembly balanced.
