Is it a flatter discharge outlet for the pump squirter?? It that what it is? ?

I'm not 100% convinced it NOT snake oil. It might work. Just color me unsure.

from what i can tell, it does do what they say it does. but i dont think you have to spend $60 to get the same result. all it is doing is breaking up the accelerator pump stream allowing it to atomize easier. you can do the same thing by duplicating their fancy piece of metal. just create something that splits the stream up so it atomizes easier.
