There are a couple of parts to the answer to your question.
Your current combination sounds a little unusual. From 196x-1968 the 200 intake had a smaller 2 3/4" bolt center intake hole, in 1969 it was enlarged to a 3 5/8" bolt center hole. Your car could either have the small intake to go with that small bore 1968 Autolite 1100 you say you have, or maybe someone has put the smaller 1968 carb onto a larger 1969 head? Perhaps your car is an early 69 so it has matched 68 engine components?
Regardless, I think you should pick up the Autolite 1101 if it is at all reasonable. They were made for one year only in that configuration (in 1970 linkages were changed to cable pull-style) and are pretty hard to find. If you go to Autozone or NAPA or whatever, even if they say you will get a 1969 1101 you will usually end up with a replacement Holley or Carter YF instead. Also watch out for the earlier 1101 from 240 engines being substituted, if the carb has a SCV then it is an early one, not a 1969 carb. A true 69 1101 will also fit your current linkage even if you have all 68 stuff in there now.
From the numbers you provided it sounds like they consider that 1101 to service both manual and automatic transmission cars, which is not unusual. Automatic versions had an extra dashpot but as far as the rebuilder market is concerned they do not distinguish between the two styles. In practice you can interchange them, if you have an automatic and your engine stumbles slightly when letting off the gas quickly (the condition the dashpot was designed to mitigate), you can raise the idle speed slightly to deal with it.
If your car has a true 69 head then putting the 69 1101 on there will wake it up compared to the small 68 1100 you currently have. Even if you have the smaller intake 68 head, you can adapt the 1101 and pick up 5-10 hp. Either way it's worth getting in my opinion.
