Has anyone with aftermarket AC had the problem of it squealing like a pig? Every two weeks or so mine starts back to squealing. I tighten it up and then two weeks later, again! I called Classic Air and they said I was the first one to complain about it. He told me to get another belt. Already been there, done that. Basically he didnt have a solution. If I keep tightening it do you think it will stop stretching after awhile? I don't want to overtighten it either, too much money invested!

Hi Ron.Just a thought.Is the AC pulley painted?If so clean off the paint.That should stop the squeal.Had the same problem with the alternator on my truck.The rebuilder painted the groves and all on the pulley.Paint got worn smooth and the belt would slip when it kicked in.
