I just got a set of SSI stainless intake and exhaust valves from AZ Mike and his Ford Six Performance Parts. These valves are darn good looking.


There is a stock 1.39 exhaust valve on the left to compare for thickness and diameter. The SSI exhaust valve is 1.5 and the intake 1.75. The stem is turned down slightly too.

Are them "backcut"??

They look a lot narrower down where the valve meets the stem.

Doug, yes they are backcut.

Spent two hours on the phone today with ARP putting together kits and prices. Talk about fun. Hope to have prices listed on my website this weekend, and have the parts in stock in a couple of weeks (some of it is special order).

And the ROL custom header gaskets are being shipped tomorrow. So I'll post some pics as soon as they get here, along with prices.

Did some leg work on international shipping too. I'm sending nine headers to a forum member in Finland, which is my first overseas shipment. Found a company to air freight them, door to door, for a very reasonable price.
