Steel Pulley to Harmonic Balancer Switch

Anyone know the official Ford change date from the steel pulley to Harmonic Balancers on the small sixes? This is strictly an academic question. I am well aware of Fords 'empty bin' policy and the resulting lag time between official and actual change. Any info would be appreciated.
