can you tell we all think highly of Mike? It was just a misunderstanding and hopefully, you wont hold it against him or any of us for defending Mike.

so lets all move on! Group hug

No hard feelings. I don't know about the group hug......
Ken
Personal health is so much more important than this crap.

Sometimes things just need to be air'd out so an understanding is reached. I have no problem with that. Being the admin of the forum, I always have the option of deleting a topic, like Clifford use to do.

Talk about people being impatient. We had a lot of new members sign up last week, and I wasn't able to get online to approve them until last night. I had several e-mails wanting to know what was holding up the approval. Considering I spend about a half hour each night going thru the new registrations, I was a tad bit behind. But had them caught up by midnight. Still have a few e-mails to answer tho, but worked on them until 2AM before finally giving up and hitting the sack.

I finally learned not to delete the bot registrations, as they just turn around and re-register the following night. Now I just leave them, but don't activate them. This way, the system shows the e-mail addy in use and won't allow them to use the same one night after night. I figure they will run out of addys eventually. We tried adding some anti-bot programs, but that onlly helped for a while. Somehow, they are getting around that too.

speaking of orders. I just tracked mine. it's on delivery, right on schedual. because of this big storm we got, and me being in a rural area, may not get it until tomorrow. depends on the road conditions, weather the truck will deliver up here or not.

EDIT. just as I figured, delayed due to state of emergency 1:37 PM. be here tomorrow tho

I'm glad this all got worked out.

Ken, as a fellow wrencher, I can understand the frustration of trying to get things done on your schedule, and when you start to not get a response it can be a huge hassel.

Mike, hope you heal fast, I know from your rep you'll take care of ken like we would hope we were taken care of.

being in the corporate world, i only use email as a cya, if I need something NOW, i always try face to face or call, that way there are less misunderstandings. I hope everyone is satisfied, and we can all go back to dreaming about our new aluminum heads... hehe
