Clarify a little, at “mid throttle” accelerating or cruising? How about WOT and accelerating? When does it do it?
 
Could be your exhaust hitting the bottom of the car - it moves with the engine. Also, check universal joints on the driveshaft. Do you have a bump stop for the nose of the differential? Could be the differential is wound up and hitting something (the nose of the differential rises as more torque is applied through the driveshaft).
