Will the timing chain cover off a 64-65 170 work on a 66 200 Block?

yes and no....
the covers will bolt between small sixes (not counting the 250) but generator cars did not have a boss on the cover like the alternator covers do. so I guess it all depends on if your covers both have the boss on teh passenger side front corner
