Torque Specs on Headers?

what are your torque specs on headers? I have the FordSix headers and all I can find is some manifold specs in the manual... those are for 16-21 ft lbs....
seems like headers would want to be a tad more...? I am using Grade8 locking bolts... and I did stage one to 15 lbs... and they are sitting for final torque now.

My Haynes says 18-24 lbs.

My book said to start in the center and work your way front and rear from there for torqing sequence.
