Tune up Q's

HEY GUYS,

well im lost. i have my timing at 14tdc idle at 1050 pulling 12lbs vacume. new pertronix ignitor I, wires and plugs. 12lbs is low vacume i believe, the falcon is dieing when i put it into drive. it runs very rough crappy dies and spits. just started doing this up at RHAN always put mid grade chevron in her. so i have no clue what to do next i need ideas please help.. You need to adjust the fuel air mix as well as the advance. The pertronix will change the idle characteristics significantly.
When it is in tune you should be pulling a minimum of 18 lbs and up from there.
Also you need to adjust the idle in Drive not Neutral and it should hold idle between 700 to 800 rpm..
