I took some screenshots using Ray Hall's turbo calculator. I was guessing at some of the values, but with some of the talk about which turbo would suit a 200 I wanted to give it a shot. Some of the thinking is that the T3 turbos that are usually advertised for 2L 4 bangers would be a little small for a 200. I think they are forgetting that the poor volumetric efficiency with the 200 compensates for it's larger displacement. From these maps, the T3 is a clear (and thankfully cheap) choice.
