Looks like its the Krogdahl head.

It is a Aluminum double overhead cam head sold as Aftermarket kit.

Krogdahl made a DOHC head for the Ford, Chevy, and IIRC the Chrysler inline six's.

Supposed to be a good performer. Last I knew when the exchange rate was good for US buyers the head was $1600.

It also used a dummy shaft that was just long enough to drive the distributor.

Be nice if that was popular and cheap, without the cam in block we could run a stroker crank in the 200 block.
