I love that package tracking. It tells you exactly where the box was dropped and landed in damaged condition. And how many days later it will get from the wrong airport to the critical destination.

My wife and I live in Arlington, TX (which is dead smack in the middle of Dallas and Ft. Worth). Katie called me laughing one day because she saw her package go from Dallas to Ft. Worth, back to Dallas, then to Oklahoma, then back to Ft. Worth, then finally to Arlington.
My Flowers dot com order with FedEx to Sterling CO: I watched it on screen go from San Diego to Chicago to Columbus OH, back to Denver to Boulder for g*d's sake and sit there for two days.
UPS is better than DHL. I haven't come across a situation where UPS won't make things right. DHL lost a 300 6 cyl forged crank that I had purchased. They claimed they had delivered it. The box I received was the main and rod bearing set in a 6"X6"X8" box. I explained to them that it would be hard to fit a 3 foot long crankshaft into that box and that the box they delivered definitely didn't weigh 85 lbs like they said it did. They started looking then and it took them 9 days to find it. I am glad they found it though.
