Urgent Help with C4 purchase

Hey folks, I have a 63 falcon with a 68 200 in it. I found a c4 tranny on ebay that closes in 2 hours that I'm not sure will work. I really want to get rid of my 2 speed. The C4 id number is C4AP7006. Does anyone know if this will work? Also, it is missing the center input shaft. Is this a big deal and can I use my fordomatic input shaft. Thanks for your help.

Neil, best to get one complete. The missing shaft is a red flag.

I recall you had a 1968 block so it should fit, but if I were you, I would pass.

Not to mention the Fordomatic input shaft won't work with the C4.
