Valve size

Does anyone know the size (daimeter) of the stock exhaust and intake valves in a 1965 Mustang 200 cid engine? I could also use the length of the stock push rods too.

Howdy Back Harry:

The stock valve size on a '65 200 is; intake 1.649", commonly called a 1.65". The exhaust measure 1.38". The rest of the valve diminsions are the same on all 144, 170, 200 and 250 engines- stem diameter 5/16" or .31". The length is 4 17/62" or 4.2656".

A '65 200 with hydraulic lifters pushrods measure 8 5/16".
