viton material for fuel pump diaphragm replacement

Has anybody made their own diaphragms for their fuel pumps? I've got to make two for my bronco pump with vacuum wipers, plus a couple for my old 223 (which just barely got me home Sunday - thank goodness the fuel tank's behind the seat so I got a bit of a gravity boost after fillup!).
I'm looking around for a specific source. Viton seems to be the material of choice, but the softest I can find is 60A (http://www.rubbersheetroll.com/viton-ru ... ade-60.htm), which I'm thinking might be a bit stiff.
I don't know...
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Andy

I don't know about making the diaphragms, however JC Witney use to sell the rebuild kits for the fuel pumps. Good luck in the hunt.

Doesn't look like JCW has the kits anymore. Finding a few sources for the Viton, but minimum order sizes of about 36 x 36 inches are way more than practical to get the approximately 6 pieces that I'd want.
