Is there a way to put an air intake of this style on a 200ci, and get it centered? https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai...2ahUKEwjXkI7s5q_-AhU7Kd4AHS3-A2cQvhd6BQgBEJMB
I'll be building one for my car. I'm using a Weber 38/38 DGES carb and this plenum:How would I do a cold air induction system?
This is what I did, there is a K&N filter in the metal case, it suck through the radiator support panel, its 76mm tube. Its the blue tube just to the RHS of the radiator and fan. This seems to work pretty well for me, disregard the crossflow engine.I'll be building one for my car. I'm using a Weber 38/38 DGES carb and this plenum:

After I get the carb and plenum mounted, I'll measure and fit 2.5" tubing to run to the driver's side of the bay with an air filter on the end. The intake will terminate behind the radiator support in a spot to pick up cooler air. I'll post pics.
Maybe. Kinda/sorta. They are related, but not the same.Would a hood scoop produce the same result?
Are you talking about a low boost application?I was thinking a Shelby scoop. Can anyone give me a ball park estimate for "turboing" a 200ci?
Focus yourself. I'm sure that you have a laundry list of things that your car needs before a turbo. Do those things first. That's my two cents.I was thinking a Shelby scoop. Can anyone give me a ball park estimate for "turboing" a 200ci?
Did you read through the thread that I previously sent you a link for?Preferably high boost. If I'm gonna spend the money, I might as well go all out.
