What about using 2.3L turbo E6 upper plenum and injectors?

My idea was to use a 2.3L square upper EFI plenum that has been gutted.

I would then mount this on a CI 4bbl intake with a adapter plate. I would also open upper plenum up to take a larger throttle body. IIRC people have been able to make 70mm TB's work with a adapter.

Im getting a free turbo of my choice off a 84 2.3L turbo, a 87 2.3L turbo, or a 88 2.3L turbo. I was also going to see if I could get a set of six injectors off the 87 and 88 motors. IIRC they just have to have same color tops?

IIRC 84 is a T3 and has .45A/R. This one will probably need rebuilt. I was interested in it only because I thin I read it has a integral wastegate.

Arent the 87 and 88's IHI turbos and have a .63A/R? Both are in good condition

I would love to map one out and order it but the free turbos are more along my price range.

84 could be either a .48 or a .63.

I would think the ihi would be WAY small for a car sporting the new head.

I would skip the larger TB and just do the 94095 TB on it (just drill and tap a couple new holes and port the opening) anything more is really overkill if you are boosting.

I have a set of the later "brown top" injectors (35#/hr) and I am putting in my EFI head. they should be good for a solid 300hp so will be plenty good for that motor.

have you looked at one of the dodge throttle bodies from a truck? the older port injection truck had a twin 48mm throttle on it with a small bolt pattern a between a weber and a holley and uses a bonnet. couple prob easily just mountit on a plate on the CI intake and plumb like a blow through system with a bonnent on it. they are REALLY low profile too.

I was thinking the IHI's would be too small also.

I think T3 is on lower edge of acceptable.

Never seen the Dodge setup but my neighbor has three Dodge Trucks, I'll ask to take a look.

Im not commited to anything on the Throtle body at this time, just remembering that the Tiny Avenger had I thought a 70mm with a adapter they sold.
