What Starter???

I am having problems with my starter (it's spinning, but not engaging the engine) it has a new solenoid, new battery, and good flywheel - I just put a new starter on, and it does the same thing. I am afraid I may have the wrong starter (I get conflicting part numbers from the different part houses around here).

My car is a 65 mustang 200 with a 3 speed tranny. Does anyone know what starter it needs (part number or ANYthing)? any other suggesstions would be appreciated!
