What year 250 head is best for replacing the original head I have on my 70 stang?

I've seen 78-80 heads being talked about alot...

78 is the best w/ the flat log. It has larger valves and breathes a little better. If you buy that engine, we can ship just the head for you.

Probably somewhere between 60-70 dollars is what i've been telling most people, Its hard to be exact without a zip code. I will tell you it won't be more than 70 though.
