Hey guys!

i'm headed to the US in two weeks and would love to get some parts for my '65 200ci.

I already have a lovely msd 6al thats working wonders but i was still hoping to get:

1. a dizzy with mechanical advance.
2. a new carb for a stock engine (only have headers on it, nothing much else. although i wouldn't mind a better carb that would improve performance).

would you guys have any leads/links on where can i can get them online? hopefully some place cheap. since i have 2 mustangs to feed.

or possibly in the bay area-if not too far from the peninsula?

inexpensive is going to be tough, and so is availability. The fact is most places don't keep a lot of stock, especially now, as inventory is just inflexible money sitting on the shelf. They also rarely stock inline specific parts.

you might want to order things from classic inlines and have them shipped to a local drop to pick up, but call first to check on the possible turn around time on an order.

Mustangs Plus in Sacramento. Also called Restomods Plus.
I have been a little unhappy with them in the past, but that was because they were not clear on what was included in kits and shipping and such. They might have changed since then.

National Parts Depot has a store north of LA, sort of near Oxnard. You might need to get stuff transferred there beforehand though.

But yeah, I would recommend you call Mike at ClassicInlines and see what he can get sent to where you want.

Mustang Brothers, Mustang Parts House, Mustang Magic, there are many more local bay area Mustang Parts dealers. From San Bruno to San Jose or over in Oakland, Hayward area. I can give you some more if you want. PM me. Most of these local places will have very good inventory. For an inexpensive carb in the bay area you can also try Recarbo.

Mustangs Plus is actually in Stockton. They just had a car show on Saturday. Sacramento Mustang is in Sacto.

thanks Man. definitely going to visit Ray Meany at Mustang Brothers. :)

recarbo sounds like a plan as well.

thanks everyone!
