wierd header

i picked up an unusual header for my 61 falcon 200 six, the guy i got it from had it on a a 63 falcon,i had to cut a hole in my passenger side inner fender panel so the one collector could snake though and exit under the car by the passenger front tire the other collector exits it the normal location,its a full length header ,i was wondering if anyone has see one of these style headers before,ill be posting pictures as soon as i get some

8) fenderwell headers were somewhat common on drag cars in the 60's and early 70's as the longer tubes added power in certain rpm ranges.

those would look sweet on a period correct roundbody drag car.....


a nice high nose.....
some slots on back.......
tripower.....
big solid cam......
fined cover......
triple glass bowl holleys.....
some blue plexi windows......


mmmmmthey just need turnouts onder the door and that would rock

i know of fender well headers,but i never seen one for a six before have any of you?,the guy i got it from said he got it from clifford like 25 years ago

yeah its a two peice had ahell of a time getting it in,had to jack the motor up like 5 inches to fit it
