yeah it should, but i would check out the cfm. You would want around 270 cfm, 350 cfm is pushing it. 500cfm, negative ghost rider. Also, you'll have to replace your dizzy to a dual advance. I'm the in process of putting my Holley system together.

Hi sweet66coupe,

The Holley-Weber 5200 series carb makes a great upgrade. To install one you will need a carb to manifold adapter, a new air cleaner, and some minor throttle linkage changes. Also, the 66 200 was usually delivered with a vacuum advance distributor that was paired with the autolite 1100 carb. This distributor will not work properly with the 5200. Therefore, you will need to change to the 68 - 73 dual advance distributor. This dizzy will work with any of the popular carb conversions including the Offy triple. If you elect to go electronic (recommended), you can install a Pertronix Ignitor I or II with a Flame Thrower coil at a later date.

As for the carbs you are looking at, Carb #1 on ebay is not complete. Not a good buy at any price given you can get a rebuilt unit with guarantee and customer support from Stovebolt for $65.

Carb #2. This unit has a electric choke. While desirable this would not cause me to move away from a Stovebolt carb.

Another benefit of using a Stovebolt unit is that they have a good deal of experience with the 200ci engine vis-a-vis jetting. As a result, you have a better chance of getting a carb already set up for the 200.

Enjoy - Steve

I second that.. if you want a 5200 then go to Stovebolt...
Tom has really nice carbs and jets them for the Ford sixes...
if you need to change jets he can help out with that too...
and for 65.00 you are not risking anything...
