Will valves hit pistons on 2V

It was difficult to measure but I estimated only about 10mm from the underside of the valve to the deck height thats including the gasket. Both my 2v blocks appeared to have zero deck height with piston coming all the way up flush to top (normal I presumed)
One of these is now re-built and running with a 15cc dish.
Question I want to run more lift than the .420 valve lift I have in it will the pistons hit. Has anyone had them hit, at what lift?

I realise the question is near impossible to answer. Nevermind I found one that will work well off low lift.

Excuse me for asking but what is more likely to hit first, the exhaust valve or the inlet valve with low clearance. Thats assuming the lift is the same on both.
I assume the exhaust valve would nearly be closed by the time the piston was near the top and had expelled all the gas from the exhaust. is my thinking correct???

I would reckon that only the exhaust valve would be likely to hit as the piston will be on it's way back down when the intake is opening...
