All Small Six Won't start with nu coil and condenser

This relates to all small sixes
I've got a 63 Futura convertible with 6cyl. Started to run a little ruff. Pulled plugs and cleaned altho all were in good shape. Did same with distributor and rotor. Have replaced condenser and coil. Will not start. Yes I have tried to pour gas directly into carb for start but still nada. Battery is strong and it cranks/turns fast and effortlessly. Any ideas on where I might look/try. Thx, Keith

Curious - why did you change the coil? That aside, I'd make sure all the plug wires are on the right distributor cap terminals, then check the timing to see if you might have changed it accidentally. Also, have you looked for vacuum leaks, fuel filter clogs, etc.? Troubleshooting is important to help you find the real problem - and it will save you money over guessing and throwing parts at it.

Put the original coil back in.
Check point setting @ .025.
Install another condenser.
Check voltage at the + side of the coil when cranking & with ignition switch on.
Ohm check the coil wire to the cap.
With the cap off, crank engine is the rotor turning??
