I am installing a Header on my car and need some help on the heat tube that is
used for the choke, is there a adapter that goes on the header? also, where can
get some collectors for the pipes?

Commonly available, Napa has 'em:

Or use a tomato paste can, a hose clamp and some brake line tubing. OK so I'll admit to being a redneck
 
1) I just used a scrap alu tube that had the correct OD to slide into the carb.
Bent the other end down beside the exh.

2) "...collectors for the pipes..."
who made the headers?
Isn't the collector the next part down?
Would the makers not supply that & the next pipe(s) as well?
May B I don't understand the question...
