now that the robins here in the upper midwest are singing..its time to get the car ready for the season...heres my question..im using motocraft bsf82c or autolite 46 copper...i see on number 4 cyl its getting a little oil cake...want to go another year or two before a rebuild..only really put on less than 900 miles a year...is there a hotter plug in motorcraft or any other i can use...

often it's the nxt numeric option higher (skip da ltrs)…
no response here? prts guys (@ retail place) can help.
but
is that the way to bargan 4 more time? I'd ask: howja diagnose this 'problem'?

Hi, show a pic of all the plugs. Check the cap for tracking and wires before worrying. Do a compression test before thinking about a rebuild. Maybe just a valve stem oil seal or valve cover gasket. The amount you drive I would buy a case of #4 spark plugs. Just kidding. We used to clean spark plugs and put them back if they where just dirty. Good luck
