Duel exhaust with headers

Has anyone put duel output headers with duel exhaust. got any pics of the belly Where did run it. What was placement of mufflers. My muffler now is between the gas tank and back seat. Did u do anything for heat transfer?

'61 Comet / 250 Hooker 6602's / Smithy Mufflers /Summit preformed Mandrel bends & SS Flex Joints and rubber hangars... (highly recommended)


'63 Falcon / 170 Hooker 6601's / two OEM six mufflers (quiet DD)

.: they do hang kinda' low..

sprogg777 has a 1966 mustang 200ci with c4 transmission :wink:

If you are in the states where its salted, you might need to consider your options. wsa111 has some pictures of his.

71 Maverick with a 250 motor and hooker super comp headers.
