easiest way to run efi?

what are some of the easiest and cheapest ways to run efi. looking into the hooley pro-jection kits but they are pretty expensize. are there any 2bbl tbi cars out there that i could bolt to my log? gonna have it milled for a 2 bbl of course(if i plan ahead i can make the tbi an eas bolt on...well atleast thats what im hoping)

8) probably the cheapest way to go, but you need to be able to tune the system, is a megasquirt controller running what ever one or two barrel throttle body you choose to use.
