Hi, X2. The early Ford six could have a large or small bellhousing, with a high mount starter. The V 8 could have a 5 or 6 bolt bellhousing with a low mount starter, which won't fit the 6 cylinder. The C 4 could be case fill or pan fill. The bellhousing comes off of C 4 trannies, so if you have the wrong bellhousing you can switch it.
